Simon is the Interim CEO for Grove Learning Trust alongside his role as Director of Education at The White Horse Federation, where he provides strategic leadership across school improvement, curriculum quality, safeguarding, and inspection readiness. An experienced senior leader, Simon has a strong track record of supporting schools to deliver high‑quality education and sustained improvement, particularly within primary settings.

Having previously served as a headteacher in Swindon, Simon brings deep local knowledge, credibility, and practical insight into the challenges and opportunities facing schools and leaders. In his current role, he leads trust‑wide school improvement models, supports headteachers and executive leaders, and works closely with trustees to ensure strong governance, accountability, and impact for pupils.
